Data Deletion

Sign in and go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. You’ll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting your account immediately and permanently:

• revokes Saaszly’s Gmail access at Google,
• erases your detected subscriptions, detection history, and scan records,
• removes your connected mailboxes and stored tokens,
• deletes any organizations you own (for all their members), and
• deletes your Saaszly user record.

Go to Settings → Connected Gmail Accounts(or “Disconnect Gmail”) and disconnect. Saaszly revokes its access at Google right away, so we can no longer read that inbox. Subscriptions already detected stay in your dashboard until you choose to delete them.

To clear your detected subscriptions and detection history while keeping your account, use Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Detected Data. Your next Gmail sync can re-detect eligible subscriptions.

Before deleting, you can export a copy from Settings → Your Data → Download my data. It produces a JSON file of your personal data (subscriptions, history, scan metadata, connected mailboxes, and organization memberships). Secrets such as access tokens are never included.

You can also remove Saaszly’s access without signing in to Saaszly: go to myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access, select Saaszly, and remove access. To then delete the data we already hold, use one of the steps above or contact support.

If you can’t access your account, email support@saaszly.com from the address associated with your account and we’ll process your deletion request without undue delay.
